GARN, Game Algorithms for RNa 3D sampling

Example of RNA structure

GARN computes a sampling of RNA 3D structures from a secondary structure.

GARN can thus be a suitable starting point for large RNA molecular modelling and experimental structure resolution. The current version of GARN is GARN2. Both releases are available in the Download section. Although GARN2 benefits from the first version of GARN, some of the main features of GARN2 are very different. Notably, GARN2 is able to extract from the sampling two best possible structures close to the native. GARN2 is also much faster than the previous version.
